Marvel's X Men. There is maybe no other comic more diverse. With interpretations through comics, graphic novels, cartoons, and movies. Roleplay has just added another layer to it. Letting fans take control of their favorite characters and invent their own. The problem is trying to find a place that follows the same time line, comic, or movie as the version you want to play.
Welcome to X-Men: Ascension. A canon only comic site, we are looking to be the ultimate AU. Bring in your favorite version of the comic character of your choice, 616, House of M, Ultimates, ect. Or combine them to make the canon character the best of all the worlds. Now for one more added twist.
Tired of going to a site to see that every canon is in the same relationships? Having the same enemies? The same drama? Change it up. Explore the character. A tough line to walk, playing a character in character, but exploring all new relationships, options and decisions. Ascension is looking for members and writers that wonder the big what ifs with comic characters. Nothing is written in stone. Start your character out where they are, then take them wherever you want to go.
