Exceeding ravers' standards since your mother.
Two best friends looking for something to put themselves into bought this place in a large city downtown for relatively cheap. At first they didn't know what to do with the place, it being quite the dump, but as time went on they discovered the rave scene and came to a decision on what to make it. Its location couldn't have been better, so with a lot of steady work, together they turned it into a nightclub. They hired close friends to help out and improve the place, all the while pumping various electronica with brain-shakingly loud bass at nearly all hours of the night. Word spread and the vibe attracted all branches of ravers, making a successful business.
So basically two rich white kids got bored, bought a spare building, and turned it into one big rave.
