One man stands above the rest of humanity in the year 4000.

He came from a powerful family in the Old World, but unlike the others he has a good and kind heart. This man works for peace for the people of New Earth, but they will not listen to him. So he uses his families most powerful weapon. The Bouk Of Spylls. The most powerful artifact in the history of mankind it gives the reader the ability to do most anything. So Palfren, the one man, sets about erasing the memory of the world and putting new instincts, new thought, and new ideals. When he is finished no one will remember the Old World or the destruction of it. So he wiped the memory of Old World from the populations mind. Now he has only one person left to erase, himself, but before he wipes away the memory the historian in him can't help write the history of Old World. He writes everything in the Bouk of Spylls and then wipes his memory. The people choose Palfren, there savior, as king. He rules fairly and justly and everything is good...for a time.

The New World is peaceful once more due to King Palfren. The people are living in harmony and the world is united as one nation. But the mistakes of the past are coming back to haunt the good people. Huge misshapen, mutant animals are appearing on the border of the Nuclear Swamplands, even worse mutated people are starting to appear from there too. King Palfren realizes his people must take up arms once more, to survive. He orders an army built, but the superhumans and animals are too strong for them. So King Palfren returns to the Bouk Of Spylls, and makes a new type of people.

And so the King Palfren kept his country safe by using the Bouk Of Spylls once more, but with his people and their newfound powers, and the evil superhumans and superanimals surrounding them on all sides how long will peace last?
